new!
health & wellbeing

This has been a long time coming!

I am thrilled to transform my passion for fitness and wellbeing into a mission to help others live vibrant, joyful, and healthy lives!

Fitness has been an integral part of my life since my teenage years, when I’d often lace up my running shoes and head to the nearby soccer club field to get in a run. This habit formed a solid foundation that has endured through the years, even as life’s priorities and responsibilities evolved.

In fact, I’m proud to say that my children have grown up watching me prioritize fitness and have adopted similar habits of their own. It’s been great to see them develop a fitness routine and understand the importance of healthy living, knowing that this will serve them well throughout their lives.

In my younger years, I had a relaxed approach to my diet, often prioritizing convenience and socializing over mindful eating. As a young adult, I would occasionally track my weight, but my focus was more on fitting into a certain body ideal rather than cultivating a balanced relationship with food. This was also an era where the notion of indulgence was often romanticized, and the idea that “you could eat whatever you wanted and never gain weight” seemed to be a societal norm.

Five years ago, when I faced a challenge with rosacea, I began to seriously examine my diet and the products I used on my face and body. I explored numerous conventional treatments and medications, but many of them fell short of my expectations and, in some cases, even led to additional problems.

In early 2024, I discovered the remarkable realm of natural healing and embraced a holistic approach that transformed my life. Now, I’m at a stage where I wholeheartedly embrace my authentic self with unshakable confidence, fully committed to living life on my own terms. I eliminated alcohol, most chemicals, and unhealthy foods, and now I’m very mindful of what I consume. (Yes, I said most – so I do occasionally treat myself).

As I thrive in my fabulous mid-life, I’m fully embracing my passions, free from the burden of others’ expectations. I’m still gym-ing, dancing like no one is watching, celebrating my greys, dressing how I choose, going bra-less, forging my own path, and, above all, staying true to myself.

I didn’t have a role model to look up to while growing up, so I’m determined to become that woman for myself.

Ladies, If this resonates – let’s journey together!
